Regarding personal data.

We concern about your integrity and follow current law with the purpose to protect you as a private person. A registration to Leandersson Christmas Tournament means the players license number is required. For foreign players with no Swedish licence number the system will create a temporary number

The players name is connected to the license number and will be shown in separate registration, squad and result lists.

A valid email address and a telephone number is needed for the communication to the players regarding confirmations of squads, change of registrations and other arrangements.

We share personal data not only with the organization, also the staff is handling the personal data. The staff only use them to achieve the services for the tournament. Personal data is prohibited from personal use or transmitting to a third part.

When each squad, final step or other parts of the tournament is finished the result lists are sent to The Swedish bowling association. The result list includes name and license number.

We use cameras for recording or photographing special events or certain parts during the tournament. They can be published through Social media such as Facebook, Instagram or other social platforms, public webpages, Printed media such as newspapers and other physical media.

You have the right to contact the organization at any time to extract information about your personal data, collected by us. You can also contact us to correct information, demand transmission, limit personal data or to prohibit us from processing or saving personal data.

Observe that even if you have requested a non-processing or saving of personal data we might have an obligation to keep your personal data on a legal basis. The information will still might be published according to their regulations.

Hantering av personuppgifter

Vi värnar om din integritet och följer vid var tid tillämplig lagstiftning som syftar att skydda dig som privatperson. Vid anmälan till Leandersson Christmas Tournament uppges spelarens licensnummer som återfinns i Svenska Bowlingförbundets databas (BITS). Där hämtas det namn som finns kopplat till licensnumret och presenteras därefter i våra anmälnings- samt resultatlistor. Vid anmälan skall även en giltig e-postadress samt postadress och telefonuppgifter uppges, detta för att vi skall kunna kommunicera med deltagarna vid till exempel bekräftelse eller ändring av anmälningar och starttider.

Vi delar personuppgifterna med de personuppgiftsbiträden vi använder för att kunna utgöra våra tjänster, dessa biträden får ej använda personuppgifterna för eget bruk eller vidarebefordra dessa till annan part.

När varje deltävling är avslutad, skickas resultatlistan där namn samt licensnummer finns bifogat till Svenska Bowlingförbundet för publicering.

Vi filmar och fotograferar ibland händelser under pågående tävling och kan publicera detta via facebook, webbplatser eller i tryckt media.

Du har rätt att när som helst kontakta oss om du vill ha ut information om de uppgifter vi har om dig, för att göra rättelse, överföring, för att vi begränsar behandlingen eller att vi inte sparar och behandlar dina personuppgifter. Observera att även om begäran att vi inte skall spara och behandla dina personuppgifter inskickats kan vi med laglig grund ha skyldighet att behålla dina personuppgifter, samt att resultat inskickade till Svenska Bowlingförbundets (BITS) administration fortfarande kommer kunna vara publicerade i enlighet med deras regelverk.
